Mixed feelings on Macqueza order
I bought a couple of items, the Augustinus Bader Rich Cream and a Biologique Recherche P50 toner. The cream is excellent, exactly what I expected, and the toner also performed well. They arrived in about five business days to my place in California. The packaging was good, everything was secure. However, one of the sheet masks I ordered was missing from the box. I contacted customer service through their website's chat function, and while they were polite, it took a few days to get a resolution, which was just a refund for the missing item. Would prefer they double-check orders before sending them out, but overall the product quality is high.
